and quoted.  If more time is required while on a project, you will be notified.  
Prices quoted are approximate, additional rates may apply.  **Refunds do not apply
to the Photography Rate.  The Photography Rate covers travel, time shooting, post
shoot editing and office time.  **No refunds for Photography Rates.
Rates quoted include a CD of images.
Copyrights remain with Photographer unless contracted otherwise.

Just a few things to consider to before and during your Property Shoot:
Walk Through
 A "walk through" of the property is suggested before the
shoot and at no extra cost in the Truckee areas.
Property Aspect
 Which way is the Property Facing? North, South, etc.
This helps estimate the best time of day to shoot.
Property Access
 Is the Property occupied?  Is the owner aware that I will be
coming and have permission? Lock Codes, Keys?
Is everything working? Electricity, fireplaces, etc.
Vehicles, Boats
 Be sure that vehicles, boats, anything you may not want in
your photo, is moved prior to the shoot.
Construction
 Be sure ALL construction is completed and cleaned
up prior to the shoot.
Staging
 Is the home Staged?  This will really improve the value of
your Photos and your Property!  I am happy to assist with
affordable Fine Art Prints, Box Mounted Prints can be used
over and over ~ no glass, big impact!
Season, Landscape
 Has the landscaping been completed or freshly groomed?  
Is the snow cleared? A fresh blanket of snow is more
applealing than one that has been tracked up.
Display
 A Custom Flush Mount Album of your Properties would
add a quality presentation to your clients!  More Info Here.

PHOTOGRAPHY RATES ARE DUE PRIOR TO SERVICE.  A deposit in full is required to hold your date, but
your Credit Card will not be charged until just before the shoot.  The Photography Rate covers travel,
